Mendocino County is located on the north coast of California, about 140 miles from San Francisco’s Golden Gate Bridge, with a current population of approximately 90,000 residents. Ukiah holds the Mendocino county seat, being the largest city within the county.

Just minutes from the town of Willits, this private parcel will have a tremendous upside in the future as the city expands its general plan.
