stunning Long Bay Beach on the southeastern side of Providenciales. This grand
villa welcomes one down the long lushly landscaped driveway greeting owners and
guests in to the great room with high ceilings overlooking a vast pool deck and
the infamous Turks & Caicos turquoise banks. Featuring multiple lounging areas
on the large pool deck with shaded and sun drenched areas elevated above the
beach, one can go left or right for over an hour long beach walk. Inspired by
Italian architecture and boasting white-washed walls and roof, the villa’s
elegant large French doors connect indoors with outdoors and lead to
the outdoor grill and wet bar conveniently flanking the pool terrace.
The Villa spans 6,035 sq. ft. under roof (4,545 a/c sq. ft.) and a
total of just under 10,000 sq. ft. of finished areas including uncovered roof terrace and pool terraces.
Conched Out features indoor and outdoor summer kitchen, and a giant
open-aired terrace on the top floor, the ideal stargazing terrace. The
great room features ultra-high 20′ plus cathedral ceilings. Four spacious
