A 4,788-hectare cattle ranch dedicated to the breeding and fattening of cattle.
The ranch′s topography ranges from large, flat grasslands to rolling hills covered with native forests, predominantly ñirre and lenga trees. The grasslands consist of natural meadows crossed by small streams and creeks that provide water year-round. The forested areas, located to the south of the ranch and at altitudes reaching 390 to 400 meters above sea level, accumulate snow in winter and serve as grazing areas for cattle in summer.
The ranch is equipped with a main house, tenant housing, a shearing shed, stables, and a storage facility. Electricity is generated by a diesel engine, and heating for the houses is provided by gas.
The ranch has well-maintained interior and perimeter fencing. Additionally, there are interior roads and trails that allow access throughout the ranch with a 4x4 vehicle.
