majestic and generous above the treetops in hotellviken / saltsjöbaden
at the top, bathed in light with the sparkling waters of hotellviken in view, lies this very stylish and up-to-date villa from 1906. the well-preserved details and optimal layout, combined with the house′s excellent condition, create a very pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere. elegant double doors with mullioned windows welcome us into this charming and majestic villa designed by gustaf hugo sandberg in 1903. the first owner was signe beckman, whose initials adorn the grand and magnificent open fireplace in the living room.
there is space for coats in the inviting and representative hall with kolmården marble on the floor and light coming from four directions. here you will also find a guest toilet and a closet under the stairs to the upper floor. the very generous living room is in focus, as is the open fireplace and the living room′s coffered ceiling. light flows in from all directions, and the balcony at treetop height offers almost unlimited sun.

the large kitchen has worktops and cabinets along the walls and is fully equipped. from the kitchen, you can go out to the back of the house where there is a small terrace, a level lawn, and plantings. next to the kitchen is a guest room/bedroom, and in the hall outside there is a half-tiled bathroom with a bathtub with a shower and toilet, as well as a small laundry room. from this kitchen entrance, the terrace facing south and west is accessible. from the terrace, you can reach the western side of the garden, where there is a guest house that includes a large room and a good storage area.
the upper floor is reached both from the hall by the kitchen and from the entrance hall. from the stylish staircase in the entrance hall, you come up to the family room with space for many. the family room also has balconies to the north and east, and from the eastern balcony, the view stretches for miles towards fällström, baggensfjärden, and down towards hotellviken. previously, there was an extra bedroom here, but today there is a larger family room instead. next to the family room, there is also a toilet and built-in wardrobes.
